Terms of Use – Money Manager

Welcome to Money Manager (the "App"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the developer, Thach Vo Ngoc ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter in the App.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by any means other than the user interface provided.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

3. Personal finance disclaimer

The App is provided for personal budgeting and tracking only. It does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made using information from the App.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the App handles information.

5. Content and exports

Content you create (such as transactions, categories, notes, and photos) is stored on your device.
When you share or export content (image, PDF, CSV), it is sent only to the destinations you select via the iOS share sheet.

6. Intellectual property

We own all rights in and to the App and its content (excluding user-generated content). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in your place of residence for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
