Privacy Policy – Money Manager

Money Manager is a personal finance app developed by Thach Vo Ngoc ("we", "us"). This policy describes how the app handles information.
Overview
- Money Manager does not send your personal data to our servers.
- Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple technologies.
- Photos you attach stay on your device and are stored in the app’s Documents folder.
- You can export reports as images, PDFs, or CSV files to destinations you choose via the iOS share sheet.
Data processed on your device
- Transactions: date/time, amount, type (income/expense), category, note, and optional photos.
- Categories and budgets.
- Recurring items.
- Display preferences such as base currency and number formatting.
Permissions
- Photos/Library: to allow you to pick images to attach to transactions.
- Camera: to let you capture photos directly in-app when available.
Permission prompts are managed by iOS and you can change permissions in Settings.
Analytics, tracking, and ads
The app does not include third‑party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies such as IDFA.
Sharing and exports
When you choose to share or export content (image, PDF, CSV), the items are handed to the iOS share sheet and sent only to the destination you select. We do not receive a copy.
Data retention and deletion
- All finance data is kept on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- You can delete all data at any time from Menu → Delete All Data.
Children’s privacy
Money Manager is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the Effective date above when changes are made.
